Design-prebalanced holders
We offer the design - prebalanced tool holders in order to ensure higher stability of the cut, higher durability of the tool-edge and inclinable spindle load.
The quality of prebalanced holders :
- Weldon toolholders G 16 @ 8000 RPM
- All the other prebalanced toolholders G 6,3 @ 8000 RPM
Only for your information - the unbalanced tool holder with shank SK 50 has a quality G 160 @ 8000 RPM. i.e. 25x worse effects of the residual unbalance
The pre-balancing is made for the clamping shanks DIN 69871 SK 40 and SK 50 for the collet chucks, end mill holders for cutters with cylindrical shank and Weldon flat DIN 1835 - B and shrink chucks.
Pre-balanced holders
In case that the customer requires to reach the higher revolutions than the revolutions for pre-balanced holders, the tool holders must be balanced individually.
Our standard quality is as follows:SK 30: G 6,3 @ 15 000 RPM
SK 40: G 6.3 @ 15 000 RPM
SK 50: G 6.3 @ 10 000 RPM
HSK A-63: G 6.3 @ 20 000 RPM
HSK A-100: G 6,3 @ 16 000 RPM
It is possible to deliver the higher quality for the special order, a limitation is given by the residual unbalance 1.5 gmm.
The balancing is made on the balance machine CEMB VTB 15. The reduction of unbalance is made by the radial-boring into the bottom of the grip slot.
Each balanced toolholder comes with a printout of its actual unbalance value.
